We are absolutely delighted to announce the appointment of four exceptional patrons to the Music In Devon Initiative: Anthony Lexa, Douglas Hodge, Batch Gueye, and Cole Stacey. These four distinguished musicians have each made their mark on the music world, and their diverse expertise will be invaluable in supporting MIDI’s mission to nurture and promote the rich musical landscape of Devon. Each of these incredibly talented musicians brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and passion to MIDI, with specialisations spanning a diverse array of genres. Together, these incredible artists will help MIDI continue to grow and evolve. Their collective vision and passion for music, alongside their involvement will play a pivotal role in driving forward our wide-ranging projects and initiatives, which aim to connect musicians, audiences, and young talent across the region.
Anthony Lexa
Anthony Lexa is establishing herself as a rising force in indie pop, with her drawing from a mix of introspection and vulnerability to create music that resonates with listeners on a personal level. Whether collaborating with esteemed producers or self-producing her own tracks, Anthony brings an unwavering commitment to authenticity and creativity, aiming to craft songs that not only captivate but also make listeners feel seen and understood.
Douglas Hodge
Douglas Hodge is a multi-faceted artist whose extensive career spans both the West End and Broadway, earning him a reputation as one of the most versatile and accomplished performers in the theatre world. With a wealth of experience in acting, directing, and musical theatre, Hodge has consistently demonstrated his exceptional talent across a wide range of productions.
Batch Gueye
